Installation, Deployment and Field Support

Objective	Be able to implement the product in standard environments. This includes installing the server, agents and stations. Understand typical customer solution architectures and components Install a basic configuration Build a deployment plan Identify problems, report them to Evidian support, and apply fixes
Prerequisites	Knowledge of UNIX, SNMP, TCP/IP and telecommunication networks. The course is in English
