Objective	Be able to customize the product for typical environments: Understand the various OpenMaster for Telecom customization tools Identify the different technical implementations of a customer-specific solution Understand how to use the documentation Develop small prototypes using the different tools and APIs
Prerequisites	UNIX, telecommunication concepts Skilled in C/C++ and/or Java programming
Contents	The items may include: SML toolkits C/C++ toolits Java toolkits TMN Java API toolkits
Methods	Presentation, hands-on
