Some of your servers or applications are critical for you because they host important tasks, such as paying salaries, taking customer orders or driving the internet sales process. With OpenMaster, it is easy to monitor them in priority.

OpenMaster helps you to define rapidly and simply the views used by your monitoring team to closely control the critical processes for your organization. These views (see image below) implement three levels:

• Business flows: these are the critical business processes to monitor in order to make sure your organization is running smoothly. Each business flow comprises several services
• The services include applications that support the business flows directly plus other transversal IT applications such as authentication and filtering applications. The services use a set of technical elements
• The technical elements are the servers, the OS and application processes, the disks, the network elements,... supporting the services
