Evidian expands its presence in Japan

PARIS – Evidian, the European leader in identity and access management software, today announces the creation of a new company, Evidian Bull Japan, dedicated to the promotion and support of its offering in Japan. Evidian now has a direct presence in Japan, France, Germany, the United States and the United Kingdom, complemented by a worldwide network of resellers in many other countries.

With this new company, Evidian achieves a milestone in its development in Japan - and Asia more generally - and provides local support to Japanese and international clients. Evidian will offer via its presence in Japan its entire range of identity and access management software, including its single sign-on, authentication management and user access policy products.

Headquartered in Tokyo - Shibuya ku, the new Japanese subsidiary will provide full technical and commercial support to its Japanese partners. Evidian-Bull Japan will launch a partner program including product customization taking into account the specificities of the local market, product support, training and consulting services. Evidian Bull Japan will continue to develop the network of Evidian partners in Japan and Asia.

Japan has always been an important market for Evidian, which very early on integrated Japanese language support in its products as well as technologies and standards specific to Japan. Evidian Bull Japan will be led by Olivier Issartel, assisted by a team of Evidian product experts. Olivier Issartel has over twenty years of experience in the Japanese market and security solutions. Before heading of Bull Evidian Japan, he was Deputy General Manager of Intelligent Wave Inc, a subsidiary of Dai Nippon Printing specializing in the integration of security solutions.
