Evidian rated Positive in Leading Analyst Firm’s Marketscope for Enterprise Single Sign-On
PARIS – Evidian, the European leader in identity and access management, announced that Gartner, Inc. has rated Evidian “Positive” in its September 30, 2011 report entitled “MarketScope for Enterprise Single Sign-On” based on its evaluation of Evidian’s Enterprise SSO solution.
The Gartner MarketScope evaluation is based on a weighted assessment of a vendor’s products in comparison with the evaluation criteria. Gartner’s MarketScope provides specific guidance for users who are deploying, or have deployed, products or services. In this research, author Gregg Kreizman, a research director on Gartner’s Information Security and Privacy group, noted that “Factors driving ESSO implementations are high password-related help desk costs and the need for shared workstation support in clinical environment”.
